Off-season visits with photos so the villa never goes more than 30 days without a check. Plants watered. Water flushed through the pipes so it runs clear when you arrive. Rooms aired out. AC, boiler, alarm, and pool equipment tested and run. Your villa stays lived-in, not just locked-up.

What does a standard recurring visit include?

Full housekeeping across all rooms — bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, terraces. Bedlinen and towels changed between guests. Surfaces cared for according to material (different products for marble, terracotta, lime-wash). Higher-cadence plans add detailed reset items like baseboards, behind-the-fridge, and zone-by-zone deep work scheduled into the weekly rotation.

Do I need to be on the island?

No. Most of our owners aren't. We hold keys securely, every visit is logged, and we send a WhatsApp photo update after every single visit so you always know how your villa is. Many of our owners haven't seen the villa in person for months and feel completely informed.

What languages do you work in?

English, Spanish, and Dutch directly. German owners are welcome — we communicate in English. The on-the-ground team includes Spanish speakers throughout the season, and guest-facing welcomes can be delivered in any of our three working languages.

How do you handle keys and access?

Keys are held in a secure location with restricted access. Every entry is logged. Team members access only the properties assigned to them — not a master key system. For owners who prefer it, we can also work with smart locks or coded keysafes you control remotely.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured for both public liability and the value of work performed in your villa. Insurance certificates available on request.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped with products selected for premium-villa surfaces. If you have specific products you prefer (especially for marble, fine art, or sensitive finishes), we use yours instead — just let us know during the planning conversation.

What if something is damaged or breaks during a visit?

Photographed, reported to you within the hour, and resolved through our insurance. We've found that absolute transparency on the rare incident is what builds trust over years — covering things up does the opposite.

How quickly can you start?

For recurring care, typically within one to two weeks of the planning conversation. For one-off jobs (deep reset, pre-event styling), often within days during high season. Off-season we can usually accommodate any timeline.
